Pig talk !CRAVED FOOD OF THE DAY:BUTTERMILK SCONES
Not at all like the scones you get at Starbucks in Malaysia.
I'm talking about the piping hot, soft, fluffly, heavenly ones, that wont break apart at the first cut.
They are served with real strawberry jam and cream, but somehow i prefer them with butter instead of the cream, cept if you get them from Miss Marples' Tea Room @ the Dandenong Ranges WHERE TO GET:
The best ones so far are the ones from Miss Marples at the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, served with choice cream n cranberry jam. Down them with the Devonshire tea. Or you can get them at Myers in Melbourne city. Go with your best buddy for the perfect tea time experience! ArchivesPIGGY FAMILY (Can't remember Dad's...hehe)

Sunday, May 23, 2004point proven...true enough...we have a little devil inside each of us. yes, i followed my friends to 'time out' for cheesecake. i had butterscotch cheesecake - mamamia, it was not of this world....simply superb. a slice costs bout 7 bucks. more expensive than a lot of cake shops, but it's worth it. moreover, i got this slice of cake for free due to a bet i won from ameen, the same friend whom i lost a gelati bet to. kaki judi. hehe... |
